Matthew Stepanic is the editor of Glass Buffalo, the poetry editor of Eighteen Bridges, and a freelance writer. His poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Poetry Is Dead, The Fiddlehead, PRISM international, The New Quarterly, and others. He is a co-author of the collaborative novel, Project Compass (Monto Books, 2017), and the author of Relying on that Body (Glass Buffalo, 2018), a poetry chapbook about RuPaul’s Drag Race. Alongside Jason Purcell, Matthew manages Glass Bookshop, Edmonton’s newest bookshop that promises a curated reading life.
Rayanne Haines is an award-winning fiction author and poet, the executive director of the Edmonton Poetry Festival, and a 2018 feature artist for Capital City Press with the Edmonton Public Library. Rayanne is also the co-founder (with Matthew Stepanic) of a brand-new poetry podcast called, Let’s Get Lit, that highlights local Alberta poets. In addition to her Novel in Verse, Stained with the Colours of Sunday Morning, she has been published in anthologies, magazines, and online. She’s had work published in Canada, the USA, and the UK.
